Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from investors.

The minimum investment varies by offering but typically starts at $100. Each Creator sets their own minimum investment amount.

Under Regulation CF, investment limits depend on your income and net worth. If either is less than $124,000, you can invest up to $2,500 or 5% of the greater amount. If both exceed $124,000, you can invest up to 10% annually across all Reg CF offerings.

Distributions are paid monthly based on the Creator's YouTube revenue performance. Payments are deposited directly into your GigaStar account and can be withdrawn or reinvested.

Currently, CRTs have limited liquidity. However, the GigaStar Secondary Market is launching March 2026, which will allow you to buy and sell CRTs from other investors.

If a Creator stops producing content, your distributions would decrease or stop. This is a key risk factor—Creator performance directly impacts returns. Always review risk disclosures.
